An overnight Getaway

Just before our 3 week weekend run of performances i have decided that both Gerard and i need a nice relaxing night away from things so i have booked us into the Sebel in Richmond and the package is a romance package this Saturday, sunday we have our full dress and tech rehearsal so it will be nice to relax beofre we do that too, plus just to relax in general as my boy has been very busy and his batteries may run out soon and we don't want that...

But i am excited and i hope it will be a wonderful evening :-D

Guess Who's Pregnant! (More for my fellow school students)

It has been so very long since we have both chatted, sure we have messaged each other throughout various times of the year and what not but, we haven't actually spoken. Well recently i have been thinking about her and so i thought i would at least send a message to say hi and let her know i still do think about her. Today she sends me a message back telling me she is pregnant. I was like, Oh my god! wow. I was at work so i had quite a good day after that.

So this evening i picked up the phone and gave her a call. My Amy is pregnant. 6 weeks in due about April/May.

I love my Amy, she was there for me at school and we both knew each other so well. We had so many good times together i loved her out going nature and her humor. She was and still is to me at least a beautiful person. Her smile, her laugh. I feel she would make a wonderful mother. She lives in Lismore with her man so i so want to go up and visit her, so close and yet so far.

I have told her to get a facebook or a blog or something to keep in touch with me and so many other people. Kristian (her partner) is apparently a computer savvy guy, but my Amy is not :-( she may try though i would love her to get online and see how everyone is doing.

Congartulations Amy and Kristian. I love you dearly and you will be a wonderful mother :-D

An Active Weekend

Well i had a pretty good weekend i must say.

Saturday afternoon, Lucas, Allen and I went down to Bensons Lane and played a bit of softball...well as mush as you can when the three of us are playing...What brought this on was the fact that i saw in the paper they were on Sunday enrolling people for competition softball for the new season. I used to play like 10 years ago and i said i would like to have a go again...so we all three were actually up for it and went down to have a bit of a play...we are all out of shape mind you but it was still good fun...i even surprised myself to know that i still have a good arm on me to throw a ball pretty far :-D and hit it too, heheh :-D

So yeah...on the Sunday...i wasn't to sure what i was going to do...i went down to Bensons Lane and i signed up for softball. It was kind of exciting, me doing my own thing :-D...though i have to wait and see what the next week or so brings as the team that i would be under, the seniors grade (20 years and over) could either be a mens or a mixed team. All depends how many people sign up. Hopefully ther will be enough in the team im in and alos with the other teams. I would be returning with the Richmond Bombers :-D

I think this is exciting, getting out on a saturday afternoon to have some fun :-D...but alas the first match falls on our Theatre Matinee of The Lion In Winter...which is a bugger, but after that my Saturdays are free :-D

Also on Sunday we went Ice Skating. It was so much fun, its a shame Gerard had to work, it would have been interesting to see him on the ice :-D
I was doing so very well too, Ryan helped me out and so did Danielle and Lil Scotty :-D thanks guys :-D and i only had one stack and that was on my back which wasn't to nice :-S

But it was a great and active weekend :-D i loved it :-D

Cheers

New Work Hours

Well i have just recently started my new work hours for the Reject Shop. I don't mind them, it can be nice, especially when i finish early in the day :-D at least i don't have to worry about doing returns in the afternoon and what not :-D

I have these new hours as i am the ticketing person. I ticket the store so that no one should ask me how much a product is, do you know how annoying that can be, especailly when people complain about it right in front of me and i tell them that i am the one who does the tickets...they don;t care...

Anyways i my hours are as follows

Monday - 7-4
Tuseday - 7-3
Wednesday - 7-11
Thursday - 7-3
Friday - 7-4

I really love it its palondronic too :-D

I love haviong afternoons free to relax and get stuff done :-D

The Lion In Winter

Woo!!! its coming along Very nicely indeed... Everyone is putting in 110% for this production it really is a magnificent play.

Also made into two movies the first in 1968 starring Peter O'Toole, Katherine Hepburn, Anthony Hopkins and Timothy Dalton (My Character) and again in 2003 a TV Movie on Hallmark or something of the like featuring Glenn Close, Patrick Stewart and Jonathan Rhys Meyers (My Character)

We are all so excited about this play
Prince Geoffery (Gerard) King Phillip of France (Luke) King Henry (John) Queen Eleanor (Ruth) Prince John (Greg) Alise (Jani) absent is Prince Richard (Don)

Plus i would have to say that this would be one of my best poster creations as of yet for the plays we have been in.

Very Excited
